Einstein Was Right: He SHOULD Have Been A Watch Maker.

No shit, Sherlock. How could a man as smart as you think such technology would remain contained? Humans are stupid, Albert. We don’t learn from history, and while the people of every country allow weapons manufacturing to generate profits, eventually someone is going to make use of those bigger fireworks. The truth is that the U.S. military is the single largest consumer of energy in the world. We need to change that, especially as our energy runs out and people begin to starve.

International leaders are all acting to serve their own interests rather than the people of the world, which means nationalism, racism, religious bias and greed are leading to our downfall. The governments of the entire world are all guilty of the seven deadly sins.

So… unless the people of the world rise up for peace and remove such deadly weapons from the hands of governments, the human race will be soon nuking itself to death. Come on people… wake up!. It’s really not THAT hard to get along… we can take all the money being poured into weapons and feed everyone on planet earth. The greedy people just have to learn they still have human blood in their hearts. I’m willing to share and learn from one another… how about you?

We have serious work to do to fix this place, and as a starter, I strongly suggest that every municipality in America have the balls to say “No” to death and violence by kicking out companies that are manufacturing components for weapons. If you work for such a company, I promise there are better jobs waiting.

Sorry folks, there is too much violence and it must end at some point. One step towards sustaining life on earth means taking away the big, nuclear guns. We must put them down now or we’ll all be killed.

As a parent, you have the power to join with others and march on Washington.
As a teacher, you have the power to teach your students about other cultures and reduce racism.
As a US citizen, you have the power to declare your government null and void.

As stated in the Declaration of Independence:

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

I do not believe the people in charge of our government are acting on behalf of the American people. You certainly have the right to remain silent and die. But one thing is for certain… no one besides yourself is going to make the world a safe place for you… your participation is now required for survival.

Here’s an idea: Why not get corporate sponsors for the biggest Anti-war rally in America’s history? Businesses that do good are REWARDED by good people. Pony up the dough to end the war, all you CEOs with hearts! The time is now.

You can do so much to help with the world problems other than saying “We can’t change anything”. That’s bullshit. Ghandi was a scrawny guy and he defeated Britain. Your participation could start by turning off your TV entertainment programming and help America stand down from any further aggression. We need everyone from all countries to do this… as humans! Unless we can work out arrangements to equally share energy, stabilize populations, grow food locally, and learn to live with less… we are certain to experience a nuclear destiny.

    sorry man, the US defense industry is 300 billion a year, give or take a few.

    you are talking about, basically, making tens of millions of people unemployed and homeless overnight. not a good way to promote peace.

    if you want to change people you have to understand them, and their motivations (which is, to eat, pay the rent, and buy shoes for their kids).

    You present a sick logic for maintaining death through warfare. Those kids that gotta eat can push their mommy and daddy to make renewable energy widgets rather than nukes, thanks.

    That economic argument falls flat.

    A most wonderful thought. The whole of mankind focusing on Love and Peace. During a time of food and natural resource shortages we need the planet to stabilize itself. The planet will warm and kill millions. Man will help by killing each other until we reach equalibrium again. There are those of us who, in the meantime, will prepare for a new life. One where renewable energy is a daily fact. One where we feed eachother, love eachother and work with each other towards balance. I know… star trekish, But I have faith in us.

    If only we COULD beat our “swords into ploughshares” everyone in the world would live in peace and harmony. But if we ever stop making swords, we AMERICANS would be enslaved. We Americans, are the closest thing you’ll ever see to GODLINESS. Yes peace is possible but (unfortunately) we must fight for it. Praise God and may He bless you.

    Americans the closest thing to Godliness???? We live in a society that praises the homosexual for his bravery and pass laws that allow us to kill unborn children. Yes, I agree, America was founded on God. At one time we made sure He was part of our every law making decision. Congress was never in session without prayer. Now we do everything we can to keep Him out. You should check out what our government is up to.

    Who says Americans are close to Godliness? That only comes from within each human. There are priests who rape children. Which of those two is closer to God?
