Peak oil. economic collaps, the end of the food chain are all internconnected and one threat to humanity. Ny 2050 they will show up in all of our homes.

This is well recognized. But the current social/political/economic system has not control over it. So they are doing nothing. Because there is nothing THEY can do.

This is a personal problem. We-the-people can, and some are, preparing for that future. “Lawns into Gardens,” Organic Gardening,” “The Slow Food Movement,” ‘Local Food Co-ops,” are just a few of the grassroots movements that can help you be part of a preparation for the future. Google them and join in.
